Next Sunday, June 4, Village Covenant will be a holding a special lunch event to celebrate Tim and Cassie Kim and their time as part of our Village family, and to wish them well on their new endeavors going forward.
The lunch will have a theme of “A Little Bit of America”, so come dressed in patriotic attire. If you would like to help with planning or by bringing food, please contact Linda Jones and speak to her directly about this.

Suffice it to say, Village Covenant now has plenty of diapers to hand out to families that need them as part of our weekly Food Bank on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please come on by if you or someone you know is in need!

This Sunday is Mother’s Day! As such, in honor of all of the mothers at Village, our sister church, Vision, has a special celebration planned for during our worship service. Please look forward to it!
Sunday, May 28th will be a Baptism Service at VCC. If you or a person you know is ready to be baptized or have questions about baptism, please contact Pastor Laurie Cornell or the VCC church office this week. We need to know by May 14th if you would like to be baptized. Please contact either Pastor Laurie or the Church Office if you would like to be baptized or have any questions about the baptism at all.
On Sunday, May 21, we will be holding a Congregational Business Meeting to vote for Leadership Team members. Please plan to attend!
We will have a second draft of our Church Directory available in the foyer this Sunday. This draft contains all of the absolutely most up to date information we have for our each member of our church family. If there is a piece of information that is not listed in this draft, then we do not have it. As such, absolutely everyone is strongly encouraged to review their entries in the draft this Sunday and verify that all the information they would like to be contained in it is so and is accurate.
O.W.L.S. meets this Sunday! And they have a very special program planned for the whole congregation, so absolutely everyone is invited!
